We absolutely love Shane and Steve! We were introduced to them through a friend who had a great experience with them (both buying and selling their home), and wouldn't use anybody else. They helped sell our home in the Seattle area a few years ago -- they helped coordinate touch ups to the home, getting it staged, gave feedback about when a good time to list would be. We were nervous when it snowed during our open house days, but Shane was there, in the snow, shoveling the sidewalk to make sure people could get there. We were so happy with that experience that we have since used them two more times! They have helped in finding a new home, coming to showings with us, setting up private viewings, and gave some great advice about what type of bids to make, and we ended up with a great home without going through the crazy bidding market. They then also helped sell another home for us and gave all the same level of service as the first home they sold for us. Shane and Steve are very communicative, friendly, get things done on time, and overall just really nice people. Hopefully we're not moving again soon, but if we did, we would 100% seek their services again, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends or family.

When my husband and I decided to sell our condo on Capitol Hill in Seattle, Shane and Steve were available to help us with every aspect of the listing and selling process.
